Planetary mixer / vertical shaft concrete mixer characteristics
Manufactured from cast-iron arms, abrasion resistant steel-liner plates
Optimized mixing process using the planetary motion of the 1 or 2 stars with 2 or 3 or 4 mixing arms creates a high-resistance concrete mix
Easily interchangeable blades and mixing arms made with cast-iron Ni-hard,bolted on the shaft.
Unloading device driven by hydraulic cylinders, with up to three openings.
Manual pump available for emergency discharging.
Watertight, sealed design complete a high quality but, low-maintenance machine
Planetary concrete mixer advantages
A modern mixing technology which ensures a complete homogeneous concrete quality with shorter cycle times
The floor and full wall of the mixing cylinder are lined with special wear-resistant and replaceable plates with long service life and low operating cost
Emergency manual discharge facility
The body separates at the discharge doors. Up to four doors can be fitted; each door is rubber sealed for full watertight operation and is hydraulically operated for precise, non-jamming operation.
The optional skip hoist bolts onto the mixer during installation, making erection quick and easy. Ocmer skips use a double balanced rope system for safety.
